APIIC reopens hunt for 380-acre industrial park developer at Donakonda

The Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (APIIC) has issued a second-call Request for Proposal in March 2026 for the selection of a developer to design, build, operate and maintain a 380-acre industrial park at the Donakonda Industrial Cluster in Prakasam district, through a long-term development agreement. This follows an earlier RFP issued in July 2025. The fact that APIIC has gone back to the market suggests the first round did not attract a qualified bidder — but it also confirms the project stays firmly on the state's priority list as one of the anchor nodes of the Vizag–Chennai Industrial Corridor (VCIC).
